Cooking Rattlesnakes

There are a number of places on the Internet where you can obtain recipes for cooking rattlesnake meat, a truly exotic meat. In 1989 the Okeene Jaycee’s published a rattlesnake cookbook as a souvenir and this is now available as a .pdf book. We hope you enjoy it!
