Anthony Felder has been involved with snake hunt pretty much since it began. Up until a couple of years ago he was the main host of the Old Smokey Show. Anthony retired from the show a couple of years ago although every now and then he does make an appearance. This morning I managed to capture Anthony as he told people about the history of snake catchers or tongs.
Unfortunately there was a lot of background noise so the audio is not wonderful. If I can get more video with better audio I sure will.

This morning Dean Wilson did an interview with local radio station KNID about the Old Smokey Show. This is just one of the many attractions you’ll find at this years hunt.

Recently Tony and Aaron took Enid News and Eagle Lifestyles Editor Tippy Rasp snake hunting. Apart from the story which appeared in Sunday’s (04/27/08) newspaper they also recorded this video interview.
